As a third-generation realtor, Nicole Lemas saw first-hand how hard her entrepreneurial parents worked to create a business that truly gave back to the community. She began her career in her hometown of Boise, Idaho, where she managed a portfolio of 585 units of multi-family and residential investment properties as well as 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial property.
Nicole relocated to Hawaii when she was just 17 years old to attend Hawaii Pacific University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and received a scholarship to sing in HPU’s International Vocal Ensemble. While still in school, she traveled with the international show, “Up with People,” as their lead singer and truly developed her voice around the world.
Nicole Lemas was recently awarded the Pacific Edge Business Achievement Awards "Best Social Media Campaign" of 2016 for her outstanding "Singing Agent" campaign. This recognition was awarded based on best strategic use of social media tools for marketing and communications, which allows her clients to benefit from her online exposure. Lemas’ unique and creative campaign paired her talents, real estate and singing, in an engaging way to reach her current and potential new clients. This marketing campaign has also earned her way as one of the "Top 20 Honolulu Real Estate Agents on Social Media" for 2018 by PropertySpark.
Lemas was recognized by Pacific Business News as Hawaii’s “40 Under 40” in 2015 for her innovative approach to business and her care for the community. She is a proud member of Rotary International where she ran their teen-leadership camp, RYLA, statewide. She is also the Past President for the Rotary Club of Honolulu Sunset at The Waikiki Yacht Club.
She has been awarded the Aloha A'ina Award by Honolulu Board of Realtors, which recognizes realtors who have "gone above and beyond in service to their clients and who maintain the highest ethical standards."
She was also recognized as "Best in Real Estate" for 2017 by Honolulu Magazine.
Nicole Lemas lives in Hawaii Kai with her partner and two dachshunds, Sassy and Shadow.
