Speaker - Nicole Lemas

Hawaii Real Estate Investors proudly presents Nicole Lemas, a third-generation realtor, Nicole Lemas saw first-hand how hard her entrepreneurial parents worked to create a business that truly gave back to the community. She began her career in her hometown of Boise, Idaho, where she managed a portfolio of 585 units of multi-family and residential investment properties as well as 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial property.

"Strike While The Iron Is Hot"

Since the new "Bill 89" came into effect on August 1st, 2019, Nicole has sold, exchanged and purchased properties for investors and leveraged their assets elsewhere to take advantage of the current opportunity at hand in Honolulu. One investor removed over $700,000 in the stock exchange right before the DOW dropped 800 points on August 14th to secure legal vacation rentals in Waikiki. With an entrepreneurial eye, Nicole has utilized her sales and management skills to position her clients well within the market to cash-flow on investments right here in their own backyard.

Indianapolis Real Estate Buying Tour

March 23rd - March 27th, 2020

HiREI's Real Estate Buying Tour will FOCUS ON CASHFLOW properties and learning while doing. You”ll have the opportunity to view, evaluate and purchase over 30 cashflow properties.

Daily Tour Schedule

Day One - March 23rd

Arrive into Indianapolis (IND). We will pick you up at the airport so be sure we have your flight information. Once we pick you up we will bring you directly to the hotel, keep in mind that hotel rooms may not be available until the afternoon so plan accordingly.

We will hold a meet and greet at 6:30p where you will have the chance to be introduced to and hang out with our power team, Paul Xavier and the rest of the tour attendees in an informal setting. Please come hungry as we will be providing drinks and plenty of food.

Day Two, Three and Four - March 24th, 25th & 26th

The first half of the day will include training and presentations to include our power team members and the opportunity to ask them questions about their services. In the afternoon we will begin viewing and analyzing properties. You will be provided a fact sheet of every property we are going to examine that day.

The day will end back in the with property evaluations, networking and wrap up of each day’s events.

Day Five - March 27th

This is a review, re-look and re-evaluate day with any power team members, properties or anything else you would like to take another look at. We will meet in the lobby at 9:00a to discuss and plan the day based on your list of people and/or properties you want to revisit. We will schedule meetings with the agents, wholesalers and anyone else we need too in order to get you into the properties and/or a sit down with them to write up offers.

Day Six - March 28th (Depart Indianapolis)

If you don't want to miss any moments of the last day we suggest you depart on Saturday. We will ensure you have transportation to the airport for your flight.
