Topic: Join us as Trevor Drinen shares stories of houses he's inspected that may need updating and/or repair. Trevor has a proven system that helps investors identify concerning areas quickly, to help them to put together assumptions that can lead to important decisions. Trevor will then introduce Courtney Toguchi, a well established real estate investor, who will share how he uses the information Trevor gives him to create a strategy that works best for him.
