Come join Kina Knisely as she takes you on a tour of properties that are in need of renovations. Kina will give you a fact sheet of the property you will be touring, along with comparables in the area. She will discuss some suggestions of what could be fixed, and possible costs to fix that particular house. She may also talk about restrictions, and challenges that may come with fixing and/flipping, along with personal stories that she has experienced. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, and meet other investors that have fixed and sold their properties. 

The address to the first property will be provided with your RSVP, and the subsequent properties will be given to you on the tour. You must provide your own transportation. Due to the high participation rate, we highly suggest you carpool. Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the tour, along with a ton of networking and exchange of questions and experiences. Don't miss this one, it's going to be great!
