Join us as we tour HiREI member, Malosi Tailolo's newest project in Pauoa! Malosi will share with us how he found the deal, including the price he paid and how he got the project funded. He will also share how the project got rehabbed, including any challenges he may have encountered along the way. And while Malosi is still in his final stages of his rehab, he will share what price he hopes to list for.
All WIN meetings are held at an investor's property project. We bring our own chairs, and a pot luck item to share. Some projects are beautiful and need to be protected, so we bring a towel so our chairs to scratch the brand new floors. Other project that we tour are still in the beginning stages, and don't even have any plumbing or electricity. All of the WIN meetings have a place for women to collaborate on all things real estate and investing. This is where we share ideas, and learn from each other's triumphs and challenges. We also find future project partners at these get togethers!
