REI Oahu for Advanced Investors is a fantastic place for those of us who have done at least one deal. Whether your deal was a fix and flip, a buy and hold, or even if you just funded a deal, you qualify to be a part of this group. The deal doesn't even have to be a successful one. This group is a fantastic group for us to share about our experiences, share vendor names and contact info, or even jump in and save each other.
On Tuesday, April 7th, Courtney Toguchi has completed over 100 projects, most recently on the Big Island in the Puna area. Courtney will present how he enjoys making a living in Ground Up Construction.
