Shauna began her real estate career as a real estate agent at Locations Hawaii, LLC, where she excelled for several years. She then moved to Drake Properties, Inc. in Kailua to serve as office manager and executive assistant to Stephen Drake.

Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned into her new role as escrow transaction coordinator at Island Title and Escrow, and later First American Title, Fidelity National Title, and Premier Title and and Escrow.

Shauna obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Administration and a certificate in Digital Art from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu. She then went on to attend the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and received certificates in Native Hawaiian Law and Environmental Law.

Her experience in various aspects of the real estate industry gives Shauna the ability to serve her clients with unique set of skills, knowledge, a “big picture” mindset.

In 2016, Shauna left a corporate law firm in downtown Honolulu to focus on her own clients and practice areas that she is passionate about: Native Hawaiian land matters, affordable housing solutions, environmental/cultural protection, and real estate law.

Currently residing and practicing in Kaneohe, Hawaii, Shauna is active in her community. She is a founding board member of Kahana Kilo Kai, a community resource management non-profit organization that is dedicated to reviving the marine resources of Kahana Bay using traditional fishery practices.

Her most important and rewarding role is as a mother to Seth Nu’uanu (9) and Larissa Rain (1).
